Ordering Process & Procedure:
1)
Order Placed
Once you have successfully placed
your order on line you will receive
by email:
- An order acknowledgement from
sales@bbclothing.co.uk
detailing the items you have
selected and your unique order
number.
- A confirmation from Protx
(our payment service provider)
advising that your card has
been authorised successfully.
This email will be issued if
there is available credit on
the card/account you have detailed
for payment.
If the payment details you have
provided do not correspond to
those your bank/card account hold
on record we will send you an
email asking you to telephone
us. Until you contact us your
order will not be despatched.
If you do not contact us within
7 days your order will be cancelled
without any further communication.
Once you place an order, the
value of the order is ‘shadowed’
on your card/account. This means
that this amount of credit has
been reserved. Once your order
has been despatched this payment
will be taken. If your order is
subsequently not despatched for
any reason this shadow will self
cancel after 10 days.
2)
Order Despatch
Once your order is fully authorised
it will be packed and despatched.
Orders authorised before 4pm
each day (excluding weekends and
bank holidays) will be despatched
the same day.
Orders are despatched by Royal
Mail next day (before 1pm) special
delivery.
We will send you an email to
confirm that your has been despatched.
If we have not been able to despatch
all the items you have ordered
this will be marked on the accompanying
despatch note, also see payment
below.
3)
Payment
Once your order has been despatched
your card/account will be debited.
If we are not able to supply
all the garments you ordered the
value of any item not despatched
will be refunded at the same time
as payment is taken. Please note
that it usually takes the banks
and credit card companies at least
3 to 4 working days before any
credit is visible in your card/account.
4)
Order Delivery
Your order will be delivered
by your post man, in most instances
this will be with your normal
postal delivery, however in some
instances a separate delivery
will be made.
Your postman will require a signature
for the parcel. If there is no
one available to sign for the
parcel when the postman attempts
delivery, he will leave a card
providing contact details to either
help you to arrange to collect
it from your local sorting office
or arrange redelivery.
